Prices are listed in OMR (Omani Rial) and include applicable local taxes. We accept payments via secure online gateways including debit/credit cards and any other method we may support in the future.

If your payment fails or is flagged as suspicious, we may cancel or delay your order until verification is complete.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery services across Oman through reliable third-party logistics providers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances or courier service issues are not our responsibility.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and quality control, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests that do not meet our criteria.
